Putting a water rinse on an existing toilet usually means a remodel or an electrician. This panel slides in under the seat and takes cold water from the tank fill valve, so nothing has to be rewired.
Anyone wanting warm water, a front wash or a dryer, since this model runs on the cold supply only through one rear nozzle. It also does not suit a toilet whose tank fill valve cannot be reached, which is common on tankless, wall-hung and some one-piece designs.
Check the toilet itself before ordering: the panel mounts on the seat bolts and taps the fill valve with a 7/8 inch T-adapter, so the bolts have to be reachable, the valve within about 15 inches, and the bowl rim flat enough for the panel to sit level.
