Under-sink cabinets waste most of their height because the pipe and the disposal block any normal shelf, and whatever goes at the back stops existing. An L-shaped frame works around the plumbing instead.
Cabinets where the plumbing runs down the middle, or interiors narrower than about 14.2 inches. The frame is a fixed size and does not expand to suit an awkward layout.
Measure the cabinet's clear interior width, depth and height against 14.2 x 10.6 x 11 inches, and check that the space under your drain pipe is at least 8 inches tall on the wide side.
