Anyone expecting a complete kit, since no pole or bracket is included. The maker does not label it an all-weather flag either, and the Flag Code reserves display in inclement weather for flags that are.
Confirm your pole hardware first: this ships with brass grommets and nothing else, and if you plan to leave it up after dark the Flag Code asks that it be properly illuminated.
