Disposable cells are always flat at the moment you need the torch, and nothing tells you how much is left until the beam dies. These charge over USB-C and show the remaining percentage on a small LCD on the body.
Submersion or diving. IP65 covers dust and water jets, not being put under water, and there is no swapping in AA cells because the lithium battery is built into the body.
Make sure you have a USB-C cable and a charger to hand, and read the IP65 rating as rain and splash protection rather than permission to drop a torch in a lake.
